Barona Stable

Barona Stable is an equestrian centre in Pławna, a village in Strzelin County, about 20-25 minutes' drive from the southern part of Wrocław. The centre focuses mainly on dressage, both recreational and competitive.

Activities for outside visitors

The centre offers recreational horse riding and dressage training for horses and riders. Its calendar also includes clinics and training sessions run by foreign and domestic trainers, open to people from outside the stable.

Facilities

The stable has 14 boxes, each over 12 square metres in size, fitted with automatic water dispensers and rotating feed troughs. There is a brick-built hall measuring 15 by 28 metres with a professional surface, as well as a lit and fenced riding arena. The centre also has a covered carousel for six horses.

Horse care

Besides riding, the stable offers behavioural and nutritional advice for horses, which sets it apart from typical centres focused solely on riding lessons.
