20th Anniversary of the Wrocławski Salon Jacka Kaczmarskiego

On November 14, the Sala Witrażowa of Stary Klasztor will host a jubilee concert marking the 20th anniversary of the Wrocławski Salon Jacka Kaczmarskiego. Performers who have long been associated with the Salon's stage will recall musical highlights from its history. The organizers look back on twenty years of concerts, festivals and meetings, during which a community formed around the Salon. They also announce the start of another decade of activity.

The evening is divided into three parts:

• first, a duo: Judyta Wilgocka (cello) and Michał Wilgocki (guitar, vocals),
• second, musicians who once co-created Kwartet Proforma will take the stage,
• third, a shared after-party with participants, who are welcome to bring their own guitars and songbooks.

The organizers hope the jubilee will be an occasion for the Salon community, scattered across Poland and the world, to reunite. They invite both regulars and those who attend less often or took part in the Salon's early days. The first years of WSJK were linked to the ŁYKEND music club, and the whole weekend of November 14–15 is meant as a nod to that tradition.
