“Camino dla opornych” is a French comedy inspired by a true story, promoted as a film in the spirit of “The Intouchables.” It follows the search for one's own path and a pilgrimage that spirals out of control. The protagonists are a duo billed as the worst on Europe's finest trail.

Adam is a lost teenager whose life is heading in the wrong direction. A judge gives him a task: walk 800 kilometers of the Camino de Santiago and think about his future. He sets out together with Fred, a tough, brutally honest woman. She wants to heal from her past, while he struggles with anger and a sense of abandonment.

With every kilometer and every encounter, amid conflict, exhaustion and moments of calm, a bond gradually forms between the two travelers. Each of them also discovers an unexpected inner strength. Whether that will be enough to reach their goals remains an open question.
