“Separatka” is a comedy by Joanna Szczepkowska, starring Dorota Landowska and Joanna Szczepkowska. The show will be performed on November 3, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Teatr Lalki i Aktora in Wałbrzych.
The heroines are Marta and Alina, two women who would probably never have met if not for chance. Both end up in a hospital room meant for one person. Neither wants to give way and leave, because each believes the “single room” belongs to her. Stuck with each other, they try to endure until someone comes and decides for them.
Differences in their characters and views make waiting difficult. They lead to great tension, funny misunderstandings and unexpected twists. Each woman's point of view is not as clear-cut as it first seems. According to the announcement, this is a comedy that, under the guise of a light form, smuggles in a perceptive truth about our reality.
