The Gordonowski Concert is a music event for the youngest listeners and their caregivers. It will take place on Sunday, November 15, 2026, at CAL Sołtysowice (Miejska Biblioteka Publiczna im. T. Różewicza we Wrocławiu). The event will last 45 minutes and will be based on live music. The source does not say who will perform.
Children will explore sounds, melodies, and rhythms in a relaxed atmosphere. They can listen, move, sway, and respond spontaneously to the music. There is no need to sit still or stay quiet.
The concert is inspired by Edwin E. Gordon's music learning theory. According to it, children learn the language of music much as they learn spoken language, through natural exposure to a variety of melodies, rhythms, and voices.
