“I Am Rocky”

“I Am Rocky” tells the story of New York in the mid-1970s. Sylvester Stallone is an unknown actor there, struggling to make ends meet. He comes up with a screenplay about a boxer from a poor Philadelphia neighborhood. He begins to see in this story not only a chance for success, but also a reflection of his own life.

However, no one believes he should be the one to play the lead role. Producers tempt him with lucrative offers, but Stallone turns down one proposal after another and fights for the right to play the hero he created himself.
