For children 6+ | For families | Live music | Learning through play

“Musical Detectives – Secrets of the Great Composers” is a family show for children and adults that combines humor, music, and audience interaction. Artists from all of the musical theaters in Łódź will perform. Audience members can ask them any question they like. Audience members take on the role of detectives, solving musical puzzles and uncovering secrets hidden in well-known melodies. Each clue leads to a story from the lives and works of great composers. Questions include whether Mozart really was a child prodigy, how Beethoven composed his greatest works while losing his hearing, and why Chopin's music has captivated people around the world for over 200 years. Pieces performed live let audiences hear this music in a new way. The audience doesn't just listen. Participants answer questions, solve riddles, and recognize melodies. The program introduces the composers, the major musical eras, and the basic elements of music. It also aims to develop artistic sensitivity, spark imagination, and encourage participation in culture. The organizers invite you to join a shared investigation in which participants can uncover the secrets of the great composers.
