The film is based on accounts from former and current members of Israeli military structures. At night, on the rooftops of Tel Aviv, they describe the systems they helped build and operate.
Their testimonies show how decisions concerning Palestinian civilians in the Gaza Strip were made, from military procedures and technology to the use of data and algorithms. The film is based on conversations with 24 Israeli intelligence officers and soldiers. Their testimonies form a picture of a system in which decisions affecting civilians' lives have been embedded in military and technological procedures.
