Osiecka with Krajewski - Agnieszka's 90th Birthday

A chamber concert by the band Retro gitary, dedicated to the songs of Agnieszka Osiecka and Seweryn Krajewski. The occasion is an anniversary: Osiecka was born on 9 October 1936 and would have turned 90 this year. On stage will be the duo Krzysztof Zaborniak (guitar) and Piotr Huegl (vocals). Osiecka put her own life into words, and when those texts met the music of Seweryn Krajewski, they produced songs that almost everyone knows. These include: - “Niech żyje bal,” - “Uciekaj moje serce,” - “Kołysanka dla okruszka,” - “Nie spoczniemy.” Alongside them are many lesser-known songs by this songwriting duo, full of emotion and poetic depth. Retro gitary have been touring Poland since 2021, performing Osiecka's and Krajewski's songs in intimate arrangements. The band has played hundreds of concerts and released two albums: “Osiecka z Krajewskim” (2021) and “Osiecka z Krajewskim - Niech żyje bal” (2025). Krzysztof Zaborniak's guitar and Piotr Huegl's voice create an atmosphere of intimacy and closeness, complemented by the band's sense of humor. The evening offers a chance to listen closely to the words and melodies that have accompanied listeners through important moments of their lives for years.
