The Beatles Legends Show in Wrocław!

The Backwards, a band described as world-famous, is coming to Wrocław with the concert show BEATLEMANIA - The Beatles Legends Show. The event will take place on January 14 in Sala Gotycka at Stary Klasztor.

According to the description, BEATLEMANIA is not just a concert but an almost illusionist spectacle that recreates the performances and music of The Beatles as faithfully as possible, without compromise. Its features include:

• everything 100% live, including orchestral parts played on keyboards,
• guitars identical to those in individual songs, used with historical accuracy (around a dozen in total),
• a bassist playing left-handed, like Paul McCartney,
• costumes that are faithful copies of the Liverpool Four's original outfits,
• wigs changed to match the look of John, Paul, George and Ringo in each year,
• faithful sound of instruments and vocal parts, with imitated vocal timbre.

The Backwards is, as stated, a leading world band performing the full output of The Beatles, from Beatlemania through the elaborate arrangements of the later albums (Sgt. Pepper, Abbey Road, Let It Be). The Beatles themselves never performed these arrangements live.

The band was formed in 1996 in Košice, Slovakia. It has played over 3,000 concerts in Europe (France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Spain, the UK, the Czech Republic, Slovakia) and the USA. It has also appeared in TV and radio programs and theatrical productions. Its musical show “Beatles Legends” ran in Prague for a year. Organizers promise the concert will let audiences travel back in time and experience what can be heard on The Beatles' recordings.
