Universe's concert will be a sentimental return to the music of the 1980s and 1990s. The stage will feature songs that many listeners sang in their youth at summer camps, holiday camps, and campouts. These are just part of the program:
Universe is one of the most popular Polish bands. The group was founded in 1982 by Mirosław Breguła and Henryk Czich. It has won awards at the festivals in Opole and Sopot, and its songs gradually reached the top of the charts. The band has released 14 albums with over 150 songs. It became popular not only in Poland but also among Polish communities in many countries in Europe and America.
At concerts, the band revisits its biggest hits and promotes lesser-known songs. It makes sure that the work of Mirosław Breguła, composer, lyricist, and arranger, is conveyed to the audience as well as possible. The repertoire now spans three generations of listeners.
