An eclectic palace in Białołęka near Głogów, rebuilt at the end of the 19th century from a former Renaissance manor house, entered in the heritage register.
Białołęka Palace stands in the village belonging to the Pęcław municipality, in Głogów County. Originally there was a Renaissance manor house here, but at the end of the 19th century it was thoroughly rebuilt in the eclectic style, giving it its present shape.
The oldest part of the complex dates back to the Renaissance period, when a manor house stood here. At the end of the 19th century the building underwent a thorough rebuilding in the eclectic style and has survived in this form to this day.
The palace is built of brick, erected on a rectangular plan, with a three-bay layout and one upper storey. It is covered with a hip roof with dormer windows, characteristic of late 19th-century rebuildings.
The palace itself was entered in the heritage register under number A/2759/718 on 26 June 1986, and the surrounding park was entered separately, under number A/2760/572/L, earlier still, on 2 June 1980.
Within a few kilometres of Białołęka stand several similar residences, including the palace in Droglowice, the palace in Borek and the palace in Grębocice - all in the same, Głogów part of Lower Silesia.
