A public library branch in the Gajowice district of Wrocław, with a gallery of local art exhibitions at the entrance.
Branch No. 6 of the Municipal Public Library in Wrocław is located on Lwowska street in the Gajowice district.
The library offers fiction and popular science for adults and children, audiobooks and large-print books. The collection also includes regional materials and literature in Ukrainian, and the branch is expanding its collection of board games and jigsaw puzzles.
At the entrance to the branch operates Gallery at No. 6, presenting exhibitions of works by local visual artists. This sets the branch apart from other library branches - you can drop in for a book and view the current exhibition at the same time.
The branch organises a Parents' Club, a Book Discussion Club and reading marathons. For seniors it also runs classes helping them set up an email account or a social media profile.
The branch is adapted for wheelchair users and is friendly to people on the autism spectrum.
