A parish church in the Złotniki housing estate in Wrocław, built between 2003 and 2005.
The Church of Our Lady of the Rosary stands in the Złotniki housing estate in Wrocław, in the Leśnica district. It is a relatively young church, built specially for a new parish at the start of the 21st century.
The parish of Our Lady of the Rosary was established in May 2003. For the new community it was decided to build a church on a plot on Wielkopolska Street. Construction was completed quickly - the church was put into use as early as August 2005. It was consecrated by Cardinal Joachim Meisner of Cologne.
The building has a compact form with a gabled roof covered in red tiles, set on a north-south axis. On the north side are the sacristy and utility rooms, with entrances on the south (main, with a porch) and the east (side). Above the main entrance is a large cross.
The main nave, with columns and pews, lies lower than the chancel, where a simple altar table stands. Above the tabernacle hangs a painting of Our Lady of the Rosary surrounded by a radiant ornament, with a painting of "Jesus, I Trust in You" to its right, and to its left a painting of Blessed John Paul II and the baptismal font. Above the main entrance is a choir loft with an organ.
The presbytery adjoins the church on the east, and a car park and a fenced sports pitch lie to the west.
