An 18th-century baroque parish church in Nowogrodziec, extended with a tower in the 19th century, with late baroque interior furnishings.
Church of Saints Peter and Paul is a Roman Catholic parish church in Nowogrodziec, belonging to the Nowogrodziec deanery of the Diocese of Legnica.
The original building was constructed in the 13th century. The present church, in the baroque style, was built between 1788 and 1793. A tower was added between 1879 and 1880, and the church was restored in 1881 and 1964.
The interior furnishings are in the late baroque style and date from the end of the 18th century. They are linked to the woodcarver Heinze and the sculptor Benedykt Herden of Krzeszów.
The parish also includes the filial church of St Nicholas in Nowogrodziec and the mass chapel of St John the Baptist in Zabłocie, each with its own Mass schedule.
