A church in Żórawina built in 1913 as a Protestant congregation church, adapted for Roman Catholic use after the war, with an organ from 1914.
The Church of St Joseph the Betrothed of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Żórawina is a Roman Catholic parish church, originally built as a Protestant place of worship.
The building was erected in 1913 as a Protestant congregation church, together with a rectory and parish halls, in a layout typical of Protestant churches. The builder of the church and pastor of the Protestant congregation in Żórawina at the time was Rev. Dr Alfred Wiesenhütter, author of a lexicon of Silesian Protestant churches published in Wrocław in 1926. His grave is in the cemetery in Żórawina.
After the end of the Second World War the church was rebuilt and adapted for use as a Roman Catholic church. It then received part of the furnishings from the Church of the Holy Trinity in Żórawina, including a Mannerist font, which stands in the apse.
The brick church has a single nave, a single tower and three altars. Inside, in the choir loft facing the main altar, stands an organ built in 1914 by the firm Schlag und Söhne, with fifteen stops and two manuals with pneumatic playing and stop action. The organ case is crowned by two towers built from the largest pipes.
