Cichawa, formerly also called Cichwa (German: Kuhberg), is a peak 751 metres above sea level in the southern arm of the Chełmiec Massif in the Wałbrzych Mountains, north of Kopisko, within the boundaries of Szczawno-Zdrój.
Cichawa is separated from the summit of Chełmiec by a crossroads and the Rosochatki saddle. On Chełmiec, the highest point of the same massif, stands an observation tower.
Cichawa is built of Lower Permian porphyries, and its slopes are covered with mixed forest.
