Corpus Christi Church is a Roman Catholic auxiliary church belonging to the parish of St Catherine of Alexandria in Góra, standing on the grounds of the local parish cemetery.
The building was erected in the early 16th century in the Late Gothic style, and was rebuilt in the 18th century. The church is oriented and built of masonry, with a single nave covered by a false wooden vault decorated with rich polychrome painting thematically linked to the church's dedication. The roof is a gable roof, and the interior has the shape of an elongated rectangle.
Fragments of a carved altar from 1512 and an inlaid pulpit from 1571 survive inside. On the wall there is a painting depicting the Scourging.
The church now serves as a cemetery chapel.
A few kilometres from Góra also stands the palace in Kłoda Górowska.
