A forested summit 733 metres above sea level on the Polish-Czech border in the Suche Mountains, with a green border trail and a blue trail to Sokół.
Czarnoch is a small summit on the Polish-Czech border, in the central part of the Suche Mountains, part of the Kamienne Mountains in the Central Sudetes. It lies south of Głuszyca and reaches 733 metres above sea level.
The hill is built of Permian extrusive rocks - melaphyres, that is trachybasalts. The whole summit is covered by lower montane spruce forest, so views from below the summit are limited by the tree stand.
The state border with the Czech Republic runs across the very summit. The Czech part of the mountain lies within the Broumovsko Protected Landscape Area, covering the border areas of the Suche Mountains on the Czech side.
Czarnoch is passed by the green trail, running along the border from Tłumaczów to the Okraj Pass, and the blue trail, which runs from Czarnoch through Bartnica and Sierpnica to Rozdroże below Sokół - a section of the Main Sudetes Trail.
