A summit of the Izera Mountains near Świeradów-Zdrój with a wooden observation tower with two terraces.
Czerniawska Kopa, known until 1945 by its German name Dresslerberg, is a summit in the western part of the Izera Mountains, about 3.2 kilometres west of the centre of Świeradów-Zdrój. A wooden observation tower stands on its top.
The current tower stands on the spot where, before the war, an earlier one stood, known today only from old photographs. The new structure is made of wood, built of larch, is 15 metres high and has two viewing terraces holding around 20 people at a time.
A green hiking trail from Pobiedna to Gryfów Śląski runs over the summit. A rest area with bicycle racks has been set up by the tower, which matters given the nearby singletrack cycling routes that cross this part of the Izera Mountains.
On days with good visibility, Zielona Góra can be seen from the tower, more than 200 kilometres away in a straight line.
