About Dobrogoszcz Palace

A palace from 1797 in Dobrogoszcz, rebuilt in 1937, listed on the heritage register together with its farm buildings and park.

Dobrogoszcz Palace stands in the village in the Strzelin municipality, in Strzelin County. The present building dates from 1797, and underwent significant rebuilding in 1937.

The palace complex

The palace does not stand alone, but is surrounded by farm buildings and a park. The complex includes stables from 1889 and 1896, granaries from 1900, a farm building and storehouse from 1890, a park pavilion from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, and a brick wall from the same period. This layout, a palace plus farm buildings within one park, was typical of landed estates in Lower Silesia.

Heritage register

The whole complex, the palace together with its buildings and park, is listed on the heritage register under number 138/A/02/1-11, by a decision of 18 October 2002.
