About Gierczyn Palace

A palace in the village of Gierczyn, built at the start of the 20th century and demolished in the 1970s - the surrounding park has survived.

Gierczyn Palace no longer exists. The building, which stood in the village of Gierczyn in Lwówek County, was demolished in the 1970s. The park that once surrounded it has survived to this day.

A short history of the building

The palace was built at the start of the 20th century, in 1901 according to Wikidata. Next to it stood a historic park laid out in the 18th century and redesigned again at the start of the 20th century, at the same time as the residence itself.

What remains

Since the palace was demolished in the 1970s, there is no building left to visit on the site today. What survived is the park, though sources available online do not state what condition it is in today or whether it is open to the public.
