A nine-hole golf course in Jelenia Góra, open to guests, with lessons and a bee apiary on the grounds.
Golf Club Jelenia Góra is a nine-hole golf course on Golfowa Street, described by the club as a community project set in a scenery of forests, fields, mountains and the town. Despite its club name, the course is open to outside guests - the club welcomes both people who already play golf and those just starting out with the sport.
The club runs instructional courses for people starting out in golf and organises tournaments on its course. It is a place for those who want to try the sport without prior experience, not only for advanced players.
Beekeeping is also carried out on the club's grounds, an unusual combination for a sports facility of this kind.
A few kilometres away, in Jelenia Góra itself, you can see the Cyprian Kamil Norwid Theatre and the Castle Gate Tower, and towards Sobieszów, Chojnik Castle, standing on the summit of Chojnik mountain.
