A hill in the Łomnickie Hills (506 m above sea level) with the ruins of a 19th-century building imitating a medieval castle.
Grodna is a hill 506 m above sea level, the highest summit of the Łomnickie Hills, in the southern part of the range and the central part of the Jelenia Góra Valley, near Staniszów.
Ruins of a pseudo-Gothic building stand on the summit. This is not, however, the remains of a medieval castle: the structure was erected in the first half of the 19th century on the initiative of the von Reuss family as a hunting shelter and an ornamental artificial ruin, a fashionable way at the time of enlivening the landscape. Today only the outer walls survive, and climbing the tower is not possible because the stairs are missing.
Two marked trails lead to Grodna: a blue one from Cieplice Śląskie-Zdrój and a yellow one from Sosnówka.
