A conservation breeding stud for the Polish konik horse in Stankowice and Mlądz in the Izera Foothills, offering riding under saddle and in harness.
Izery Stud Farm is a conservation breeding stud for the Polish konik horse, operating in Stankowice and neighbouring Mlądz in the Izera Foothills.
The stud breeds rare and endangered female lines of the Polish konik breed, aiming to preserve genetic diversity and the traditional traits of the breed: horses with the appearance typical of the Polish konik and beautiful movement. The best available stallions are used for breeding, including Galeon and Hucul horses.
Horses from the stud are trained for riding under saddle and in harness, under the supervision of qualified instructors.
The closest attraction, less than two kilometres away, is Czocha Castle. Within a few kilometres are also Rajsko Castle and Świecie Castle.
