An elevation 364 m above sea level in eastern Bielawa, with an observation pillar and a panorama of the Owl Mountains, formerly also called Strażnik.
Kłobucznik is an elevation 364 metres above sea level in the western part of the Niemcza-Strzelin Hills, in the Bielawa Hills, in the eastern part of Bielawa in Lower Silesia. It is also sometimes called Strażnik (Guard) or Łysa Góra, and the German name Hutberg was also used.
A concrete observation pillar stands at the summit. A panorama of Bielawa opens up from here, with a view of the Owl Mountains.
At the foot of the hill there is a gneiss quarry on the western slope and a site of xerothermic plants on the south-western slope.
