A forested summit at 700 m above sea level in the Śnieżnik Massif in the Sudetes, within the Śnieżnik Landscape Park, in Kłodzko County.
Kopalniana Góra is a summit in the Śnieżnik Massif in the Sudetes, rising to 700 metres above sea level above a bend of the Nysa Kłodzka and the buildings in the Potoczek area, in Kłodzko County. It lies within the Śnieżnik Landscape Park.
The hill is built of metamorphic shales and gneiss rocks belonging to the Lądek-Śnieżnik metamorphic complex. Its slopes are covered with spruce forest typical of the lower montane zone.
Despite the name suggesting former mining activity, the available sources confirm neither traces of a mine nor marked trails to the summit, nor the origin of the name itself. Anyone planning to climb it should ask at the local tourist information point in Bystrzyca Kłodzka or check the current trail markings in the Śnieżnik Massif.
Other summits of this range also lie nearby, including Mały Śnieżnik and Jasień.
