An intimate square on Ostrów Tumski in Wrocław, by the Collegiate Church of the Holy Cross and the statue of St John of Nepomuk.
Kościelny Square lies on Ostrów Tumski, the oldest part of Wrocław, in the Stare Miasto neighbourhood. It is a small space right next to one of the island's most important monuments - worth including in a walk through this part of the city.
By Kościelny Square stand the Collegiate Church of the Holy Cross and St Bartholomew and the statue of St John of Nepomuk. These are what give the place its character - an intimate square woven into the fabric of Ostrów Tumski.
