Łagiewniki Municipal Centre of Culture, Libraries and Sport, Municipal Public Library

The Łagiewniki Municipal Centre of Culture, Libraries and Sport is based at ulica Wrocławska 1 and brings together the municipality's public library, a house of culture and sports facilities for residents of a dozen or so localities under one roof.

Culture, sport and village community halls

Besides the library, the centre carries out cultural activities: it organises theatre and cabaret performances and choirs, including the Canzona ensemble, running since 1994. Residents have access to a sports hall, and a network of village community halls and rooms operates in the localities of the municipality, available to hire for meetings and events.

The municipal library and its branches

The Municipal Public Library uses the ALEPH library system and has branches in Jaźwina, Sieniawka and Oleszna.

In Sieniawka it is worth also seeing the Sieniawka Manor, and in Oleszna the Oleszna Manor.

Readers have access to an online catalogue, a board game lending service, and the digital platforms Academica and Legimi with e-books and audiobooks.
