A 19th-century palace in Ligota in the Góra municipality, today ruined and inaccessible to visitors.
Ligota Palace stands in the village of Ligota in the Góra municipality, in Góra County. It is a 19th-century residence built in the historicist style with neo-Gothic elements, today badly damaged and inaccessible to visitors.
The palace was built in 1869 for the marriage of Konrad von Roeder and Bertha von Bussche-Ippenburg. The complex also included a landscape park and a farm building known as the coachman's house, built in 1872.
The building is two-storey, kept in the historicist style with neo-Gothic features. Above one of the ground-floor windows there is a heraldic cartouche supported by four columns in the Doric order, bearing the coats of arms of the original owners.
The palace is in poor technical condition. Two residential units have survived in it, while the rest of the building lacks floors, the staircase to the upper floor has been torn out and the installations have been stripped from the walls. The building no longer serves any public function, has no exhibition or visitor reception point, and entry to the interior is not possible.
The palace, together with the complex, is entered in the heritage register under number A/3614/1122, dated 27 April 1988.
