A road bridge from 1960 across the River Widawa in the Polanowice estate area of Wrocław, on the boundary with the municipality of Wisznia Mała.
Polanowicki Bridge stands in Wrocław, in the area of the Polanowice housing estate, and carries the road across the River Widawa along Henryka Michała Kamieńskiego street. It is not a crossing in the strict centre like Tumski Bridge or Grunwaldzki Bridge, but a modest bridge on the edge of the city, where the administrative boundary of Wrocław runs along the river.
The bridge lies at the northern end of Kamieńskiego street, on the left, southern bank of the Widawa. On the other side of the river the village of Krzyżanowice already begins, belonging to the municipality of Wisznia Mała - there the crossing continues as Mostowa street. Until the mid-20th century the area bore the German name Weidebrück, and the bridge itself operated as the Weide Brücke.
The current structure of the bridge dates from 1960. It is 29.88 m long and 8.51 m wide, of which 6.15 m is the roadway, and the two pavements on the sides take up 1.23 m each. The bridge consists of a single span resting on eight steel I-beam girders, and its surface is bituminous. The permitted weight of a crossing vehicle is 30 tonnes.
