A palace from 1715 on Szkolna Street in Proszkowice, formerly the seat of a school for girls.
Proszkowice Palace stands on Szkolna Street 41, in the village of Proszkowice, in the Mietków municipality, in Wrocław County.
The palace was built in 1715. The building underwent later rebuilding: in 1837 and in the early 20th century. This spread of dates shows that the building was adapted to changing needs over more than two centuries.
At one point in its history the palace served as the seat of a school for girls. The sources do not specify the period during which the building served this purpose or for how long.
The palace was listed on the heritage register twice: under number 593/W (entry of 6 March 1986) and under number A/3901/624/W (entry of 14 June 1989).
The closest site, about 2 kilometres away, is another historic building of the same type, Maniów Mały Palace. Also nearby is the Ślęża Riding Club in Wojnarowice and, a little further, Mirosławice Palace and the Rogów Sobócki Castle.
