A mid-19th-century palace in Przedborowa, part of a former palace-and-farmstead complex, which housed a primary school in 2008.
Przedborowa Palace is a historic residence from the mid-19th century in the village of Przedborowa, in the Stoszowice municipality, Ząbkowice County. The building is part of a former palace-and-farmstead complex and for years served as a school.
The palace was erected on a rectangular plan, as a two-storey building, covered with a hipped mansard roof with four slopes. The main entrance leads through a porch on the axis of the building, above which a balcony was placed, and higher up a pediment.
Besides the palace itself, the complex includes residential and farm outbuildings as well as a park. The palace was entered on the heritage register in 1994, the park already in 1981.
In 2008 the building housed a primary school. It is worth checking the current use on site, as it may have changed since then.
A few kilometres away stands the castle in Stoszowice, the seat of the municipality to which Przedborowa belongs.
It is also worth visiting the nearby nickel, chrysoprase and opal mine in Szklary.
