A Neo-Baroque palace of the von Gilgenheimb family from 1880-1890 in Rzędziszowice, with surviving heraldic stained-glass windows on the staircase, listed on the heritage register together with its park.
The palace in Rzędziszowice, a village in the municipality of Zawonia, in Trzebnica County, was built between 1880 and 1890 in the Neo-Baroque style. It was funded by Alfred von Gilgenheimb (1844-1893) and his wife Maria Teresa von Matuschka von Toppolczan-Spätgen (1854-1927).
Between 1910 and 1915 the palace underwent renovation financed by Franz Josef Ritter Hentschel von Gilgenheimb (1882-1950).
The building is brick-built, quadrilateral, double-bay and two-storeyed, covered by a hipped roof with dormer windows. At the front stands a portico supported by four columns, crowned with a triangular pediment bearing the now-damaged coat of arms of the von Gilgenheimb family. On the staircase, large stained-glass windows survive bearing the coats of arms of families related to the founders: Rosalie von Ambly des Ayvelles, Alfred and Maria, Wally von Wallhoffen and Elisabeth Anna von Nell.
The palace together with its park forms a complex listed on the heritage register: the building itself under number A/3630/611/W (entry of 12 June 1987), the park under number A/3631/583/W (entry of 27 December 1984).
