St Anne's Chapel from 1731 on the summit of Góra Krzyżowa above Złoty Stok, surrounded by Stations of the Cross.
At the top of Góra Krzyżowa above Złoty Stok stands St Anne's Chapel, erected in 1731. Its founder was Siegmund Kehler, a leaseholder of Złoty Stok's lime kilns. This is a different chapel of St Anne than the one near Krzeszów - you can recognise this one precisely by its location on the summit of the hill and by the Stations of the Cross surrounding it.
In 1854 the Bishop of Wrocław formally established a hermitage by the chapel. From 1920 to 1944 the hermit Robert Domsch lived there, creating the decorative elements of the chapel and its surroundings himself.
The chapel is surrounded by Stations of the Cross leading up to the top of the hill.
