Susz is a peak 708 m above sea level, lying in the north-eastern part of the Śląski Grzbiet (Silesian Ridge) in the Karkonosze (Giant Mountains), in the Sudetes. It rises west of Borowice, separated from the neighbouring Mostowa by the valley of the Myja stream.
The peak is built of Karkonosze granite. On its southern slope are individual rocks, and the slopes are covered with spruce forest.
Closest, less than two kilometres away, lies the Podgórna Waterfall. Within a few kilometres are also the larger attractions of the Jelenia Góra Valley: the Wang Temple, Chojnik Castle and the highest peak of the Karkonosze, Śnieżka.
