About Świnino Palace

A 16th-century Renaissance palace in the Grębocice municipality, rebuilt at the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries, now abandoned and falling into ruin.

Świnino Palace is a historic palace in the Grębocice municipality, in Polkowice County, now abandoned and falling into ruin.

History and architecture

The Renaissance palace was built in the 16th century as the seat of the von Zedlitz family. The building's current appearance is the result of reconstruction and modernisation carried out at the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Palace grounds

A park dating from the 19th century, originally enclosed by a wall, stretches around the palace. The complex also includes the buildings of a former manor farm, erected in the late Classicist style in 1840.

Current state

The building is abandoned and falling into ruin. Available sources do not indicate any possibility of visiting the interior.
