A palace from the mid-19th century at Ubocze 264, one of three palaces standing in the village of Ubocze near Gryfów Śląski.
Ubocze Górne Palace stands at Ubocze 264, in the part of the village of Ubocze that lies within the Gryfów Śląski municipality. In German it was called Oberschloss Schosdorf, to distinguish it from the two other palaces standing in the same village.
The building was erected in the mid-19th century as part of a larger palace-and-park complex. The park surrounding the palace dates from the same period, that is, the 19th century.
Ubocze is a rare case of a village with as many as three palaces. Besides the palace described here, in Ubocze Górne, the village is also home to the Ubocze Średnie Palace and the Ubocze-Kolonia Palace, standing a few kilometres away in the Pasiecznik hamlet and preserved only as a permanent ruin with a single tower.
