A library branch in Ołbin with a unique archive of Tadeusz Różewicz, a quiet study room and activities for children.
Branch No. 5 of the Wrocław City Public Library, also known as the "Grafit Library", operates in the Ołbin district on Namysłowska Street.
The branch holds a unique archive linked to the poet Tadeusz Różewicz - his works in many languages, together with dedications from figures in the world of culture, given to the writer.
Besides the Różewicz collection, the library offers popular fiction (crime novels, romances, fantasy), books in English and Ukrainian, popular science literature, large-print books for the visually impaired, school reading lists, and board games and audiobooks. The premises include a quiet study room and a colourful, comfortable corner for children. Self-service machines and a returns box (a vault) make borrowing easier.
The branch is adapted for wheelchair users and marked as autism-friendly, and also offers home book delivery. The Parents' Club operating here runs creative activities for children aged 3 to 10 under the guidance of writers and illustrators, and the library also hosts exhibitions.
