„Rubinowe gody" is a theatre comedy about Grażyna and Marian, a couple from the provinces. For the first time in their lives, they travel together to a luxury hotel to celebrate their fortieth wedding anniversary differently from all their previous ones. The performance takes place on 24 November 2026 at 18:30 at Sala Koncertowa Radia Wrocław.
A shared weekend could be survived, were it not for a mysterious guest under the bed and a bellhop who describes the relationship between the people in the bed and the one under it as an erotic triangle, a welcome escape from grey marital routine. Will a provincial anniversary become an unplanned chance to get caught up in a plot at the highest levels of power? Will the couple face a political scandal, and who will come out of a situation that is uncomfortable for everyone involved? The creators talk about how a single evening can change a life through a tangle of entirely unexpected events, and about how it is never too late for love and passion.
