“Camino for the Stubborn”

“Camino for the Stubborn” screens at Kino Lot in Jelenia Góra on 6 November 2026 at 6:00 PM. The protagonist is Fréd, a teacher with 15 years of experience. After an unfortunate incident with a student, she is suspended from work, and her private life also begins to fall apart.

At a friend's urging, Fréd joins a youth support program and becomes the mentor of 17-year-old Adam, a boy with a volatile temper and a troubled record. Together they face a three-month walk to Santiago de Compostela. Three rules apply:

• no phone,
• no internet,
• a mandatory limit of 25 kilometers per day.

Fréd tries to leave her past behind, while Adam wants to learn to control his anger and come to terms with painful memories. The journey is full of arguments, laughter, surprising confessions and unexpected adventures. Amid breathtaking landscapes, an extraordinary bond forms between the two, one that will change more than they could imagine.
