“Camino dla opornych”

“Camino dla opornych” is a film screening at Kino Piast in Legnica. The screening takes place on 6 November 2026 at 18:00. The protagonist is Fréd, a teacher with 15 years of experience, who is suspended from work after an incident with a student. Her private life also begins to fall apart.

On the urging of a friend, Fréd joins a youth support programme and becomes the mentor of 17-year-old Adam, a boy with an explosive temper and a troubled record. The two face a three-month walk to Santiago de Compostela:

• no phone,
• no internet,
• a mandatory limit of 25 kilometres per day.

She tries to leave the past behind, while he wants to learn to control his anger and come to terms with painful memories. Along the way there is no shortage of arguments, laughter, surprising confessions and unexpected adventures. Amid the landscapes, a bond forms between them that will change more than either could have imagined.
