“Shear Madness – Whodunit”

“Shear Madness – Whodunit” is a comedy murder mystery by Paul Portner, directed by Rafał Szumski. In 1997, the play was entered in the Guinness Book of Records as the longest-running continuously performed play in American theatres.

The creators and performers always set the action in the present moment. This allows audiences to recognise the character of their own city, its institutions and well-known residents in the performance. The audience can also help the characters solve the murder mystery. The investigation may unfold differently each evening, so it is worth visiting the “scene of the crime” more than once.
