“The Forgotten Island” is a dubbed (2D) film, screening at the Sala Widowiskowa of Bogatyński Ośrodek Kultury in Bogatynia on 13 November 2026 at 16:00.
The heroines, Jo and Raissa, are celebrating their last night together when they stumble upon a mysterious portal. It transports them to Nakali Island, home to magical and mythical creatures known from the stories told in their Filipino families.
Some of the island's inhabitants will become their friends, while others will turn out to be enemies. Jo and Raissa must face the most dangerous creature on the island. When they discover that the price of returning home is the memory of their entire friendship, they search for a way off the island before they forget each other forever.
