Mary. Mother of the Pope | FKS

“Mary. Mother of the Pope” is a film about the bond between St. John Paul II and the Mother of God. It tells the story of a relationship that was at the heart of the Pope's life and his path to sainthood. The screening takes place on 10 November 2026 at 15:00 at Kino Lot in Jelenia Góra, as part of FKS.

According to the description, in the film Mary is not only the addressee of the papal motto “Totus Tuus” but above all a Mother and guide. She is present at the pivotal and dramatic moments of the 20th century and in the personal struggles of Karol Wojtyła.

A separate place is given to the Fatima apparitions and the Third Secret of Fatima, revealed by the Pope. It concerns the threat from Russia and the spiritual struggle taking place in the world.
