“Being a Woman, or the Follies of Mature Youth” is a comedy combining elements of cabaret, musical and farce. Six women of a certain age come to a friend's house to celebrate her 60th birthday. The hostess is ready for the occasion, so she has laid out a lavish table and is waiting for her guests. Singles, widows, mothers and wives take the stage. The heroines face the inevitability of maturity and recall moments from their youth. The show features Polish songs from the 1970s and everyday scenes from life.
