The Paper Tiger

The plot of “The Paper Tiger” revolves around Gary, a former New York police officer who draws his brother Irwin into a business venture meant to secure his family's financial stability. The plan involves working with the Russian immigrant community.

Irwin soon realizes that these “immigrants” are in fact a powerful Russian gang, but it is too late to back out of the deal. The new partners quickly become ruthless enemies. Irwin, who shuns violence, will have to stand up to defend his family.

In New York, where corruption is everywhere, no agency is eager to clash with the Russian mafia, known for its almost inhuman cruelty. Irwin can rely only on Gary, whose dark police past is also beginning to catch up with him.
