A neo-Gothic parish church from 1891-1893 in Bierutów, with a tower topped by an octagonal spire roof and a 16th-century Gothic chalice.
The Church of St Joseph the Betrothed of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Bierutów is a Roman Catholic parish church, built between 1891 and 1893.
The building is a neo-Gothic structure, built of facing brick, with two naves. On the north side stands a tower - rectangular at the base, square above - topped with a soaring octagonal spire roof. The roof is covered with tiles and has dormer windows, while the windows are decorated with pointed arches.
The main altar and the side altars in the chapels by the chancel are in the neo-Gothic style. From the older furnishings, a Gothic chalice from the 16th century has survived, on a hexagonal foot with a statue of Christ Crucified, dated to 1656.
The church belongs to the Oleśnica East deanery of the Archdiocese of Wrocław.
Right nearby, in Bierutów, are the Evangelical-Lutheran church and the synagogue.
