A forested ridge of the Góry Krucze up to 612 metres high, built of Permian volcanic rocks, on the Cistercian Trail between Przedwojów and Krzeszów.
Długosz is a mountain ridge in the northern part of the Góry Krucze, in the Central Sudetes, near the village of Przedwojów, in Kamienna Góra County.
The ridge has several summits with heights of 612, 600 and 590 metres above sea level, the highest point reaching 612 metres. It is covered with a spruce-pine forest.
Długosz is built of Permian volcanic and sedimentary rocks: trachytes, trachybasalts, Rotliegend red sandstone, and upper Carboniferous sandstones and conglomerates with thin seams of hard coal. These rocks belong to the western wing of the Intra-Sudetic Basin.
To the north the ridge connects with the Trzej Bracia rock formations, and to the south it borders Anielska Góra, separated by a pass. Through this pass runs a road that is part of the Cistercian Trail, linking, among other places, Przedwojów with Krzeszów, where the Cistercian Abbey in Krzeszów stands.
