Góra Pedagogical Library

The Góra Pedagogical Library has been operating since 1951 and holds literature on pedagogy, psychology and sociology. It is a specialised institution, distinct from the Henryk Sienkiewicz Municipal Library in Góra, which is less than 300 metres away.

The preferred readers are teachers, who will find materials useful for teaching work and professional development.

History and collections

The institution was founded in 1951. Since then it has changed organisational affiliation several times, until in 2002 it became part of the County Centre for Teacher Training and Psychological-Pedagogical Counselling.
